Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

How to Find Your Tracking Information

You can track your order by:

• Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

• Viewing the order through your Organized Home customer account

• Visiting your Shopify order-status page

• Using the Shop app, when available

Still Waiting for Tracking?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking information may take an additional 24–48 hours to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.

Some orders are shipped in multiple packages. In that situation, you may receive more than one tracking number and items may arrive on different days.
